Day 1: Mumbai
Your adventure into India begins with arrival in Mumbai. As you step off the aircraft, you will be welcomed by our ground staff who will escort you through customs and immigration, assist with the baggage collection and porters.
Depart for the Taj Mahal Palace where you will check in for your stay. The distance from the airport to the hotel is about 25 km and driving time is about 1 hour depending on the traffic.
Arrive at the hotel and check in.
Day 2: Mumbai
The day starts with a private cruise which takes you on a leisurely sail, across to the periphery of the Elephant Island to view the medieval period caves. Unwind in the elegant climate-controlled lounge with soothing sea views around. After noon explore the main sites in the city covering the famous Prince of Wales Museum and other interesting monuments.
Day 3: Mumbai

Day 4: Udaipur
It’s time to move on and what better way to travel then aboard your own private plane.
A short and friendly flight takes you to the city of lakes, Udaipur. Apart from its history, culture, and scenic locations, it is also known for its Rajput era palaces.
An enchanting boat ride across Lake Pichola will transport you to the stunning Taj Lake Palace.
Afternoon, proceed for a guided walk where you will have the opportunity to visit the famous ghats and historic temples on the banks of Lake Pichola. Visit an ancient step well which was used for drinking water by the locals. Discover the lane where the silversmiths and gold making workers are busy making and selling ornaments. On this interesting walk you will see the bustling markets of Udaipur city where you will come across the vegetable, oil and bamboo markets.
Day 5: Udaipur
Your morning sightseeing in Udaipur includes a visit to the City Palace built in 1725, it’s a marble complex of palaces and galleries that offers unforgetable views of the lake and its surroundings. Take a private tour of the Crystal Gallery in Fateh Prakesh Palace, and stroll through Sahelion Ki Bari (Garden of the Maids of Honor). Explore the Jagdish Temple, built in 1651 in dedication to Lord Vishnu.
Day 6: Jawai
This morning experience your first road travel in a private car to an exotic location, just 3 hours drive from Udaipur.
Jawai’s location, the unique flavor of this land and its offerings provide for an entirely different experience from the rest of Rajasthan, yet there is an abundance of heritage around.
Leopards are Jawai’s predominant attraction and a thriving population of the felines has always ranged across this region. The mystery of the big cat is unravelled for guests by informed guides, and yet, a measure of that mystery remains long after a sighting is over, to be relived forever.
Day 7: Jawai
We recommend an early start to your morning game drive, certainly before the sun is up on a customized 4×4 jeep. A driver-tracker and naturalist on board will convey you expertly to every corner of Jawai. The greater Jawai area is country made for walking. You will have a unique opportunity to walk with a Rabari herdsman (the local tribe), talk to them and understand their living.
Day 8: Jaisalmer
A short drive in a private car takes you to Jodhpur airstrip. Board your private plane to the biggest desert in Rajasthan, Jaisalmer.
Arrive Jaisalmer and transfer to The Serai – your oasis in the desert.
Evening will be spent under the dome of a starlit desert sky, punctuated by the ancient melodies of Manganiyar tribesmen whose songs have haunted these dunes for centuries.
Day 9: Jaisalmer
This morning, we take you on a tour of Jaisalmer visiting the Jaisalmer Fort also known as Sonar Qila (the Golden Fort). Built in 1156 by the Bhati Rajput ruler, Jaisala, the fort had been the scene of many bales. Standing at a height of 100 meters over the city, this is the worlds only living fort with about a quarter of the city’s population living within the fort’s walls. While at the fort, visit the Lakshminath temple and the Jain temples, which were built between the 12th and 15th centuries and the intricately latticed Havelis, built by wealthy merchants. These beautiful sandstone buildings are still in very good condition even today.
This evening, sundowners will be arranged on the sand dunes with a stunning view of the sunset.
Day 10: Jaipur
Fly the skies again in your private plane to the pink city of Jaipur. Arrive Jaipur and transfer to Taj Rambagh Palace – former residence of the Maharaja of Jaipur.
Famous of all the cities in Rajasthan, the capital has much to offer, an enchanting City Palace, a majestic Amber fort, lots of art and artifacts.
Today early afternoon visit the famous City Palace and Royal Observatory and drive past the Palace of Winds. Evening take a walk into the old city. On this heritage walk you will be accompanied by an expert who will take you back in time to explain the history of Jaipur. This tour will give you an elaborate idea about the life and lifestyle of people, its rich culture, heritage and past.
Day 11: Jaipur
Enjoy a private yoga session early in the morning in the gardens of the hotel to refresh your body, mind and soul.
Morning proceed for half day excursion to Amber Fort. Evening visit Dera Amer located on the outskirts of the city for a private elephant safari followed by dinner under the stars.
Day 12: Agra
A short private plane journey takes you to the much awaited city, Agra, the land of the Taj Mahal.
Arrive Agra and transfer to the opulent Oberoi Amar Vilas.
Just before sunset, visit the Taj Mahal, the Seventh Wonder of the World, built by Shah Jahan as a memorial to his wife Mumtaz Mahal by the banks of the river Yamuna. The great monument took almost 22 years to build and was completed in 1653. Around 20,000 workers from all over the country and central Asia were recruited to translate this dream into a reality.
Early risers may opt to revisit the Taj at sunrise to watch how this
fantastic monument changes hues with the rising of the sun. Return to the hotel with beautiful memories and lots to share
during a private dinner arranged on the balcony of your room overlooking the Taj Mahal.
Day 13: Agra
This morning enjoy a private Champagne breakfast on the balcony of your room overlooking the Taj Mahal.
Later, we will take you on a private guided tour of the impressive Agra Fort, the seat and stronghold of the Mughal Empire for successive generations. Approachable by two imposing gates and constructed of red sandstone, the citadel was built by the Mughal Emperor Akbar between the years 1565 and 1573. Encircled by a moat, this dramatic city within a city was the palace of three emperors, Akbar, Shah Jehan and Aurangzeb, each of whom made significant contributions to the wonderful architecture of the inner buildings – a combination of Persian (Islamic) and local Hindu styles.
Day 14: Dehradun – Ananda

Day 17: Delhi
We will have an early start this morning. Morning is reserved for a private Rickshaw Tour in Delhi, where you will explore the 300 year old Chandni Chowk market with its narrow lanes. Your lunch will be at the famous Masala Art restaurant at Taj Palace Hotel. Sample an authentic Indian delicacy for lunch.
Afternoon visit New Delhi. Drive past the Imperial India Buildings: India Gate, President House, Parliament House and the Secretarial Buildings. Continue to the mid- 16th century Humayun’s Tomb, forerunner of the Taj Mahal.
Day 18: Depart Delhi
